The only possible answers to the challenges presented by
defending
human rights in the workplace need to be
progressive, all-encompassing and resolute.
Progressive because challenges
or brutal changes usually create
more problems than they solve.
All-encompassing because
none
of this can be possible
without
the participation of all stakeholders
Resolute because we need to define a strategy
that is driven by the desire to succeed
